In this Warranty Policy (“Warranty”), “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to AZEKA Technology Co., Ltd., with its office located at (12F-4-A16, No. 31 Binhai Avenue, Longhua District)​ . Our contact information is provided at the end of this Warranty. “You” or “your” means the purchaser of the products.

All our products undergo quality checks by our dispatch team. However, on rare occasions, a defect may occur.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major defect and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

1.Warranty

We warrant to you that the products supplied through our website (WWW.AZK.HK) or retail stores (the “Products”) will be free from Defects for the warranty period set forth below.

2.Warranty Period

The warranty period is six (6) months​ from the date of purchase.

3.What is a Defect?

A “Defect” means any fault, flaw, or imperfection in the Products resulting from improper workmanship or materials.

4.Our Obligations for Valid Claims

For successful warranty claims, we will, at our expense:

  • Repair or replace the Product (the choice of repair or replacement is at our sole discretion); or
  • If repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer you a refund or compensation for the defective Product, as applicable.
5. What is Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Loss of the Product;
  • Breakage of chains, clasps, or leather cords, unless caused by improper workmanship or materials;
  • Normal wear and tear, including tarnishing or fading of plated surfaces;
  • Damage resulting from accident, misuse, or failure to follow our care instructions. You acknowledge that all metals may tarnish over time, a process accelerated by contact with agents such as water, perfume, salty air, sulfur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, or acidic skin pH. The rate of tarnishing (oxidation) depends on your use and care habits;
  • Damage caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of you or any third party not authorized by us (including any third-party repairer);
  • Failure to follow any instructions provided by us;
  • Use of the Product for purposes other than those intended by us;
  • Continued use of the Product after a defect has become apparent, where such continued use is unreasonable;
  • Your failure to notify us of a defect within a reasonable time;
  • Damage due to an Act of God or force majeure event (e.g., war, riot, fire, flood, etc.).
  • Additional Services:​ Any services you request that are not covered under this Warranty may incur additional charges. We will inform you of any charges before starting the work.
6. Important Terms
  • This Warranty is attached to and forms part of the AZEKA Terms and Conditions.
  • In the event of any conflict between this Warranty and the AZEKA Terms and Conditions, the AZEKA Terms and Conditions will prevail.
  • This Warranty is valid and enforceable only in the region you specified as the delivery address at the time of order submission. If you are located outside this region and experience issues with the Products, please contact us to discuss available support options.
  • This Warranty is governed by the laws of China.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Online Purchases

Step 1:​ If you believe your Product has a Defect, stop using it immediately.

Step 2:​ Contact our Customer Care team and provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Description of the Defect.
  • Photographs of the Defect.

Step 3:​ Our Customer Care team will assess your item based on our warranty guidelines.

  • If the claim is preliminarily accepted, we will guide you on how to return the item through our portal.
  • Upon final acceptance of the claim, the item must be returned with all original packaging, documentation, parts, and accessories.

Step 4:​ The Customer Care team will arrange a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) as soon as possible. Please allow sufficient time for processing.
