Onze contactgegevens vindt u aan het einde van deze garantie. \u201eU\u201d of \u201euw\u201d verwijst naar de aankoper van de producten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle onze producten ondergaan kwaliteitscontroles door ons verzendteam. Echter, op zeldzame momenten kan een defect ontstaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U hebt recht op een vervanging of teruggelding bij een ernstige fout en schadevergoeding voor elke andere redelijkerwijs voorspelbare schade of verlies. U heeft ook recht op reparatie of vervanging van de goederen indien deze niet aan een aanvaardbare kwaliteit voldoen en de storing geen ernstige storing is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-warranty\">1. Garantie<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij garanderen u dat de producten die via onze website (WWW.AZK.HK) of onze retailwinkels (de \u201cProducten\u201d) worden geleverd, vrij zullen zijn van gebreken gedurende de onderstaande garantieperiode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-warranty-period\">2. Garantieperiode<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De garantieperiode is <strong>zes (6) maanden<\/strong>vanaf de aankoopdatum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-what-is-a-defect\">3. Wat is een defect? <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een \u201cdefect\u201d betekent elk gebrek, nadeel of onvolkomenheid in de producten die het gevolg is van onjuiste werkmanier of materialen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-our-obligations-for-valid-claims\">4. Onze Verplichtingen bij Geldige Claims <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor een succesvolle garantieaanvraag zullen wij, op onze kosten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De Product repareren of vervangen (de keuze tussen reparatie of vervanging ligt geheel bij ons exclusief recht); of<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als reparatie of vervanging niet mogelijk is, bieden wij u een terugbetaling of vergoeding voor het defecte product aan, voor zover van toepassing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-what-is-not-covered\">5. Wat is niet gedekt <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze garantie omvat het volgende niet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verlies van het product; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ketting- of geschenkbreuk, of lederen koorden, tenzij veroorzaakt door onbehoorlijke werkzaamheid of materialen; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normaal slijtage en afwijking, inclusief verkleuring of vervagen van plaatlagen; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schade als gevolg van ongevallen, verkeerd gebruik of nalatigheid bij het volgen van onze onderhoudsaanwijzingen. U erkent dat alle metalen met de tijd kunnen verkleuren, een proces dat wordt versneld door contact met stoffen zoals water, parfum, zoutlucht, zwavel, huidcr\u00e8mes, haarspray, chloor of zuurachtige huidpH. De mate van verkleuring (oxidatie) hangt af van uw gebruik en onderhoudsgewoonten; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schade veroorzaakt door handelingen, nalatigheden of grove fouten van u of een derde partij die niet door ons geautoriseerd is (inclusief elke externe reparateur); <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mislukken om enige instructies van ons te volgen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik van het product voor doeleinden die niet door ons zijn beoogd; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verder gebruik van het product nadat een defect zichtbaar is geworden, waarbij zo\u2019n verder gebruik onredelijk is; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uw fal om ons binnen een redelijke termijn van een defect te melden; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schade als gevolg van een onvoorziene omstandigheid of krachtdadig gebeurtenis (bijv. oorlog, tumult, brand, overstroming, enz.). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aanvullende diensten:<\/strong>Elke diensten die u aanvraagt die niet onder deze garantie vallen, kunnen extra kosten met zich meebrengen. Wij informeren u over eventuele kosten voordat we beginnen met het werk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-what-is-not-covered\">6. Belangrijke Voorwaarden<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deze garantie is bijgevoegd aan en vormt onderdeel van de Algemene voorwaarden van AZEKA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In geval van enige tegenstelling tussen deze garantie en de Algemene Voorwaarden van AZEKA, zullen de Algemene Voorwaarden van AZEKA de voorkeur hebben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deze garantie is alleen geldig en uitvoerbaar in het gebied dat u opgaf als leveringsadres bij het indienen van uw bestelling. Als u zich buiten dit gebied bevindt en problemen ondervindt met de producten, neem dan contact met ons op om beschikbare ondersteuningsmogelijkheden te bespreken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deze garantie wordt beheerst door de wetgeving van China.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-to-make-a-warranty-claim\">Hoe een garantieaanvraag indienen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-to-make-a-warranty-claim\">Online aankopen<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"how-to-make-a-warranty-claim\"><strong>Stap 1:<\/strong>Als u denkt dat uw Product een defect heeft, stop dan onmiddellijk met het gebruik ervan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"how-to-make-a-warranty-claim\"><strong>Stap 2:<\/strong>Neem contact op met ons Klantenservice team en verstrek:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aankoopbewijs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beschrijving van de defecte staat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foto\u2019s van de defecten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stap 3:<\/strong>Ons klantenservice-team zal uw item beoordelen op basis van onze garantievoorschriften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Als de claim voorlopig wordt aangenomen, begeleiden we u bij het retourneren van het item via ons portaal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na de uiteindelijke goedkeuring van de claim moet het item worden teruggestuurd met alle originele verpakking, documentatie, onderdelen en accessoires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"how-to-make-a-warranty-claim\"><strong>Stap 4:<\/strong>Het klantenservice-team regelt zo snel mogelijk een oplossing (reparatie, vervanging of terugbetaling).
